[[Poli-Eco-Beliefs]]

Polictical-Economic-related-Religions-oriented-Beliefs

Nowadays in the worldwide, the THREE basis of humanity's environment is base
on the
1. [[Political]] government's rulings and regulations on humanity's
activities.
2. [[Economical]] and environmental influences on the daily lives.
3. [[Beliefs]] in the [[God]], or Religiousity for the wellness of
characters and mindfullness in dignifying.

Actuallly and practically, the above mentioning 3 sentecnes are a
unison-oness. It cannot be separated but could be segragated. All wise and
learners must understand and have the knowledge of these
[[three-circulated-ralations]]. The core of that unison in oneness is not or
was not and will not, but never be aparted and partially abstractable.

[[Albert Eistein]], [[Darwin]], [[Benjamin Franklin]] and most former
philosophers also have had the knowledge of this 3in1 [[poliecobeliefs]] as
[[materiaslistic]], [[relativity]], [[samnessity]], [[like-mined]],
[[similarity]], [[species]], [[contradictions]] and so on....

[[there is PEACE in this way
in the Universe]]
A Unison of Earthly things, let me say as this: the lights and heavens
above, the earth and soils, the waters and the oceans and thunders and the
rains, fires and the hotness of the sun, jupiter and saturn and the stones and
the ironical/mineralities and man-made materials and all the winds and the
spirit, the body and the forces are all and in onelily circulated in the same
vacuum of the universe.
I cannot say that there would be no 'anti-oponent', but i see that all in
one in the univers around has an 'anti-relalations' in somehow; but that's not
all ougth to be fought and rebellious. There may be a controversial relations
in the [[poliecobeliefs]], but the fighting between the heavens and the earth,
the fire and waters and the seenable and unseenable forces and powers have a
one common familiarity in the ONE-UNIVERSE. ONE-WORLD.

We are in one world with earth, sould, waters, spirits, stones, irons,
plants, airys, animals in a place where a time have together. You know the
Water cycle; the connectivity of the economic in the political sciences and the
said LOVE basis religious parties and gatherings; these all are the similar
seminar in a common world. But in a unison Sun' overwheming. We axis one zone.
We provide sameness. Let discuss about similarity and samnessity for our
ANTI-OPNENT that forde us UNISON IN ONE-UNIVERSE. We need not to fight. We need
not fo hault againts one another. Oneness and samness will bring us thru to
the whole-satisfactionary world. Build up the calm. Use the stability in
one-world with one world.

Lastly, let's us use from now to the endless unverse and all in the universe
that:
1 One religion
2 One Political alliance
3 One Economical environment towart building a [[ONE-POLIECOBELIEFS]]

Let's build and use, and have for the [[ever-coming]] and have the styles of
[[all-manners-aliked]] unity in a unision.
The Heavens is for the earths's completion, The Earth is for the Waters
bounding, The Waters is for the fire's calmness(shalomity), and The Fire is for
the wind's and all the spirits warmness and fulfilling the bounds. The
Universe' 4 powers and 3 circles are One in unison.
I made the Earth combined in one-unison; there is no more wars and fighting
against parties. But calmness and peace.

And the polictical governings rules no more economic environments and as
well as the religions and gods are no more useful and dependable for the
restrains of the all human beings' daily living. All the polictial, economy and
the religion comes together in joining their concepts and binding in a one
stability and peaceful and pleasant, a happy satisfactory world. This is
completion and the aim, the purpose for doing, and the foundation of the
poliecobeliefs. There is peace and no more [[third war]] no more oponent, [[no
more war]], no more battle, no more fighting, no more oppositsoy in anything in
the universe. But All are in the same now.

Understanding Leadership Styles
The leadership styles we can apply in this generation as follows:::

Autocratic leadership
(Transactional Leadership)
Bureaucratic leadership
Charismatic leadership
Democratic leadership or Participative leadership
Laissez-faire leadership
People-oriented leadership or Relations-Oriented leadership
Servant leadership
Task-oriented leadership
Transactional leadership
Transformational leadership
Directing
Coaching
Supporting
Delegating
Monarchy with King (As Malaysia and etc.)

Autocratic
Leadership
Autocratic leadership is an extreme form of
transactional leadership, where leader has absolute power over
his or her employees or team. Employees and team members have little
opportunity for making suggestions, even if these would be in the team or
organization’s interest.

Bureaucratic Leadership

Bureaucratic leaders work “by the book” ;appropriate style for work
involving serious safety risks (such as working with machinery, with toxic
substances or at heights) or where large sums of money are involved (such as
cash-handling).
Charismatic Leadership
leader injects huge doses of enthusiasm into his or her
team, and is very energetic in driving others forward ; leadership carries
great responsibility, and needs long-term commitment from the leader.
Democratic Leadership or Participative
Leadership
Although a democratic leader will make the final decision, he or she invites
other members of the team to contribute to the decision-making process. This
not only increases job satisfaction by involving employees or team members in
what’s going on, but it also helps to develop people’s skills. Employees and
team members feel in control of their own destiny, such as the promotion they
desire, and so are motivated to work hard by more than just a financial
reward;where team working is essential, and quality is more important than
speed to market or productivity.
---
Laissez-faire Leadership
"leave it be” and is used to describe a leader who leaves
his or her colleagues to get on with their work; laissez-faire leadership works
for teams in which the individuals are very experienced and skilled
self-starters.
People-Oriented Leadership or Relations-Oriented
Leadership
opposite of task-oriented leadership: the leader is totally
focused on organizing, supporting and developing the people in the leader’s
team. A participative style, it tends to lead to good teamwork and creative
collaboration. In practice, most leaders use both task-oriented and
people-oriented styles of leadership.
Servant Leadership
leader who is often not formally recognized as such; someone, at any level
within an organization, leads simply by virtue of meeting the needs of his or
her team, he or she is described as a “servant leader”; a form of democratic
leadership, as the whole team tends to be involved in decision-making.
Task-Oriented
Leadership
A highly task-oriented leader focuses only on getting the job done, and can
be quite autocratic; spare little thought for the well-being of their teams,
this approach can suffer many of the flaws of autocratic leadership, with
difficulties in motivating and retaining staff. Task-oriented leaders can use
the Blake-Mouton Managerial Grid to help them identify
specific areas for development that will help them involve people more.
Transactional Leadership
team members agree to obey their leader totally when they take on a job: the
“transaction” is (usually) that the organization pays the team members in
return for their effort and compliance. You have a right to “punish” the team
members if their work doesn’t meet the pre-determined standard.

Team members can do little to improve their job satisfaction under
transactional leadership. The leader could give team members some control of
their income/reward by using incentives that encourage even higher standards or
greater productivity. Alternatively a transactional leader could practice
“management by exception”, whereby, rather than rewarding better work, he or
she would take corrective action if the required standards were not met.

Transactional leadership is really just a way of managing rather a true
leadership style as the focus is on short-term tasks. It has serious
limitations for knowledge-based or creative work, but remains a common style in
many organizations.
Transformational Leadership
A person with this leadership style is a true leader who inspires his or her
team constantly with a shared vision of the future. Transformational leaders
are highly visible, and spend a lot of time communicating. They don’t
necessarily lead from the front, as they tend to delegate responsibility
amongst their team. While their enthusiasm is often infectious, they generally
need to be supported by “details people”. In many organizations, both
transactional and transformational leadership are needed. The transactional
leaders (or managers) ensure that routine work is done reliably, while the
transformational leaders look after initiatives that add value.

The transformational leadership style is the dominant leadership style
taught in the "How to Lead: Discover the Leader Within
You" leadership program, although we do recommend that other
styles are brought as the situation demands:
Using The Right Style – Situational Leadership
While the Transformation Leadership approach is often highly effective,
there is no one “right” way to lead or manage that suits all situations. To
choose the most effective approach for you, you must consider:

The skill levels and experience of your team, we and our standard or
situation in the season;
Dinmun kitelcianna leh khuahun tawh kizui a eizia leh seisanna zah tah
kituak en ding;
The organisational environment (stable or radically changing, conservative
or adventurous)
You own preferred or natural style.

A good leader will find him- or herself switching instinctively between
styles according to the people and work they are dealing with. This is often
referred to as “situational leadership”. For example, the manager of a small
factory trains new machine operatives using a bureaucratic style to ensure
operatives know the procedures that achieve the right standards of product
quality and workplace safety. The same manager may adopt a more participative
style of leadership when working on production line improvement with his or her
team of supervisors.

Directing

A team member who has a lot of enthusiasm for the job but not much actual
ability, for example a new start, will need to be directed. You will not need
to spend much time giving encouragement or coaxing them along. You will however
have to tell them what to do next after they complete every task, and how to do
the tasks set.

Coaching

After being in the group for a while, somebody might begin to lose
confidence and therefore motivation, as they still can't seem to do the work
they want to do. At this stage you will need to coach them along. You will
still need to tell them what to do at virtually every point along the way,
while taking care to encourage them and praise them at every turn.

Supporting

Gradually the team member's technical ability will increase until they are at a
stage where they can actually do everything required of them, however they may
still lack the confidence to actually do it off their own backs. You should no
longer have to tell them what to do, although they may think otherwise. You
should seek their opinions on the next stage, and be seen to take notice of
their ideas.

Delegating

A technically competent person's confidence will gradually grow until they feel
able to work completely on their own. You should now be able to delegate
specific areas of work to them and feel little need to tell them either what to
do or to praise them as frequently for doing it. The time that you don't have
to spend "leading" these members of the group can be spent with the less
experienced group members, or on the work that you need to do.
